Abstract

Education is one of the factors that are very decisive and affect social change. Through education is expected to produce the next generation who have a solid ruster to receive the baton of a nation. Education has a role in education in one country especially among teenagers who are experiencing changes in themselves. With pesantren education is able to handle the problem of adolescent akhalq although not whole but can reduce the problems that are being hit in one country. Many education experts worry about uncontrolled education among adolescents with external and internal factors. External factors one of them that occurs and is very influential is Handpone which can be opened sites that are not educational and internal factors there is a lack of parental attention to their children.

Abstract

Personality is a term that is no stranger to being heard especially in the discipline of the world of education. Because in its own purpose education is seen as an effort in forming a better personality. The familiarity of the term “personality” is often seen as commonplace to be used in a variety of simple expressions in everyday life. Tujannya this research to find out the personality of the perspective of islamic philosophy of education and how it is formation in Islam as well as the concept of human and personal traits of Muslims. The research methods used in this research are qualitative methods, with descriptive analysis. Describes the personality perspective of the Islamic Philosophy of Education and how it was formation in Islam as well as the concept of human and personal qualities of Muslims. The results showed that the substance of personality consists of several criteria, namely the personality of an organic structure, personality is a trait or behavior displayed by humans, that there is a relationship between the two, actions and impulses from within, and behavior displayed in everyday life. Personality is the result of a process of life that a person lives. Because the process experienced by each person is different, the personality of each individual is different. There is no common personality between two individuals, even if a twin brother is from one egg. As for the personality of Muslims is not to look insulted to others, must not be bad and must not also lurk around the mistakes of others, love of unity, trust, not hasad (envy), not arrogant and arrogant, do not seek the disgrace of others, be fair and hate persecution, hate bribery, hate false testimony, strengthen the ropes of friendship, love of science,  Good with neighbors, like to help and attach importance to others.

Abstract

The philosophers of Islam there are legitimate people referred to as disciples of Al Farabi and his great caliph, then without disputputity he is Ibn Sina. To the extent that we apply to Ibn Sina some opinions, when in fact the opinion comes from Al Farabi. Ibn Sina’s closeness to Al Farabi’s thoughts on the fact that Ibn Sina explained his cleverness to understand Al Farabi’s mindset and explain it, to the extent that the explanation never came out of Al Farabi himself. Much of Al Farabi’s strange and vague thoughts can be evident in the hands of Ibn Sina. If Ibn Rushd was Aristotle’s translator in the philosophy of drama, then Ibn Sina was al Farabi’s translator proficient in Islamic philosophy. On the other hand it is mentioned that a person is called a Sufi because they are at the forefront (shaff) before Allah, through the exaltation of martyrs to Him.

Abstract

Religion is inseparable from culture and customs with plurality, there needs to be an Educative Function, Rescue Function, Supervisory Function, Function of Brotherhood, Transformative Function. Religious moderation in Indonesia is one middle way to deal with the threat of radicalism because religious moderation in Indonesia is sourced from three parts, namely culture, belief, and religion. Culture, belief, and religion, integrated in Indonesian society, so that each other has a connection. This situation we encounter at formal and non-formal events. The research method used is literature studies. This study is about understanding Religious Moderation and Radicalism. Radicalism in the name of religion can be eradicated through cultural awareness, understanding and practice of Pancasila and the NKRI Community.  Islam is moderate and inclusive. Religious moderation can be demonstrated through tawazun (balanced), i’tidal (straight and firm), tasamuh (tolerance), musawah (egalitarian), shura (deliberation), ishlah (reform), aulawiyah (priority first), tathawwur wa ibtikar.

Abstract

In the concept of Islamic religious education, it is important that education in human life even because of the importance of Allah promising the most glorious reward and place for believers and knowledge. Of course, it is very clear that education must be able to answer and believe human life so that human life can take place as expected. The high betrayal of the professional code of ethics, decreased productivity and increased consumption, and the high social nudity requires that education must undergo changes and construction to the curriculum in order for education to adopt dynamic and creative character.

Abstract

In the study of Islamic educational philosophy, education is an effort to develop the potential of the services and spiritual learners cognitively, affectively and psychomotorly to make and form human beings who are knowledgeable and technological and make people who believe and fear. Studying the meaning and nature of education in the study of Islamic educational philosophy is actually very relevant to the study of the interpretation of theQur’an itself. Because the terminology contained in the philosophical study of the essence of education, the purpose of education, educators, learners, methods and curriculum and the process of education all depart from the word of Allah contained in the Qur’an. Ibn Sina’s thoughts on education in a structured and comprehensivemanner that discuss the purpose of education, curriculum, learning methods and teachers or educators are the main factors of determinants in education, all of which are in line with the concept of education.

Abstract

The loss of a husband and wife certainly has legal consequences that must be sought for certainty in terms of marital status, the sharing of shared assets, or the distribution of inheritance. There is a significant debate between the Civil Code and the Compilation of Islamic Law related to how long it takes to determine the loss of a person and the distribution of shared property if the missing person is a husband or wife. This research is a descriptive analysis that leads to normative legal research, with a research approach to legal systematics. Data collection tool is obtained from secondary data, namely by means of literature study (library research). The data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study found that the determination of the legal status of missing persons based on the Civil Code in Article 467 of the Civil Code determines that someone who has left his residence within a period of 5 (five) years, or has passed 5 (five) years since the last clear clarity news about the condition of the person without authorizing to represent civil affairs and interests with the person to the Court to be summoned to appear before the court to ascertain their existence and fate and whereas according to Government Regulation Number 9 of 1975 Article 19 point (b) it is stated “one of the parties left another party for 2 years in a row without permission of another party without a valid reason or because of anything else beyond its ability. That the distribution of joint property due to the loss of one of the partners in the marriage in article 470 Burgelijk Wetboek (Civil Code), but with special conditions, namely if it has passed a period of 10 years and this is used as a basis for concluding that there is no appointment of someone to take care of their interests instead is a characteristic of the absence. The legal status of a missing person (mafqud) is considered dead. That the Determination of the Court Number: 0102 / Pdt.P / 2014 / PA.Btl has been in accordance with the theory of legal certainty namely orientation certainty, meaning that the law must be clear so that the public and judges can be guided by it.
